FAQ

  • For new clients, you will book online. Create a profile, and then chose what services you want to receive. If you are a returning client, you will log into your customer portal. If you need a specific time frame, and do not see it available, please give us a call at 417-773-7087, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

  • We can typically get you scheduled with-in 1-3 business. During the busy season, we can be a week out. If you do not see your needed time available, please give us a call at 417-773-7087 and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule the best we can.

  • Our team is available Monday – Friday form 9a – 6p CST. If you have an urgent need outside of our regular hours, please text us at 417-773-7087 and we will do our best to assist you the best we can.

  • We work hard at providing our images and videos by 9a the next day.  We will let you know if this will not be the case due to circumstances outside of our control.

  • This will determine the size of the property. We have done as little as 5 photos to up to 100 per house. If you would like more photos outside of what your order comes with, there will be additional fees that may apply.

  • You will receive an email with a link to download your photos within your customer portal. You will be able to reference back to your images at any time and can invite other team members to access orders as well. Once you had a chance to preview the images, you will need to pay before the images will be available for download.

  • Images are delivered in .jpg format, both in high resolution format and resized versions for the MLS.

  • Our photographers are fully self-sufficient and do not require anyone to be at the home. With that said, you are welcome to be at the home should you choose to do so.

  • Some recommendations for preparing the property include cleaning the entire property, hiding clutter, wires and trash cans, fluffing pillows, removing personal items and photos, removing cars from driveways, and mowing the lawn. A more detailed checklist will be provided prior to your appointment!

  • It depends on what services you order and how many you order as well as how big the home is. MOST photo shoots take 45 min to 1hr. Additional services will add time.

  • We understand that certain situations require an immediate turnaround. Please give us a call at 417-773-7087 for more information and how we can best accommodate you.

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so by logging into the customer portal. There are options for you to reschedule, postpone, or cancel your appointment. Please let us know ASAP as we are constantly trying to accommodate our clients with the best times as possible. We understand that last minute changes happen. If you MUST cancel a shoot withing 24hrs, a small cancellation fee of $50 may apply.



  • Unless there is severe weather in the forecast or it’s pouring down rain, we typically do not re-schedule. Our editing team can add a blue-sky replacement to almost any exterior photo. In the case of extreme weather, we will reschedule your appointment.

  • We will travel outside the city limits of Springfield Mo. Please note that travel appointments often require more lead time and are subject to a fee of $1.50 per mile outside of a 20-mile radius of our home base in Springfield MO.

  • You will pay AFTER the photos/videos have been delivered. Once you get a chance to preview them, you will then have to pay online in-order to be able to download them. Please feel free to text us if you are having issue paying online, please give us a call at 417-773-7087 and we will be glad to help you the best that we can. While we can take cash and check, we do prefer payments to be online.

  • Photos are stored for a minimum of 6 months, sometimes longer in our archives. If you need the photos after 6 months, please feel free to contact us at 417-773-7087.

  • All photos created by SuperiorHome Photography are solely and exclusively owned by SuperiorHome Photography. We grant our clients the limited right to use the photos indefinitely in exchange for a one-time payment for a photo appointment. This limited right can be revoked at any time. You are welcome to share your images with your clients but are prohibited from reselling them to other agents or clients without our permission.

  • When you first place an order, you also had to create an account that will give you access to our client portal. Anytime you need to access past photos, orders, invoices OR see your current orders that have been placed, you just log into the client portal.

  • The Agent | Client portal is where you will receive your photos, view past photos and order or invoices, as well as see new appointments you have made. Any time you need to book a new appointment, you will click on the Agent | Client portal instead of the Book Now button. If you are a new client or agent, you will need to select the Book Now button to place an order.
